Hike a mountain ridge to 2,600 feet through hundreds of ferns, trees, flowers, and native plants, gazing down into a 3,000-foot canyon. Listen to the songs of native birds, sample wild fruits and berries, and stop at the top of the ridge for a picnic lunch.
The Menu: Your choice of either a turkey sandwich or a vegetarian garden burger, plus lots of organic fruit – bananas, pineapple, papaya and whatever else is in season.
